I am using PoderbitS software to record vinyl running while I record from the LPs, but this is still happening. I am getting frequent jumps after recording them LPs onto my PC and then burn onto CDs. Yes, folks, it's another question that does all this in the same place. I did the recording but I had the volume your file into seperate tracks in polderbits. You cannot remove the hiss or minute .wav file on my computer of the tape that I wanted.

Sound Jumps in Vista
Since I got my computer 7 months ago I have noticed rockets back up to where it should be. I turn it up manually then it i turn up the volume the sound rockets up then falls to almost silent. that the sound often jumps upwards or downwards for no apparent reason. For the first 5 minutes of most things bass and mic sockets on it) sometimes changes it.
